Hello Guys, Here is Update On CM13 For Xiaomi Redmi Note 3G,Recently You Knew That I have Released An CM13 For Xiaomi Redmi Note 3G i.e Android Marshmallow Update For Xiaomi Redmi Note 3G. This Is Update V1.3 For Our Device, It Involves Many Bug Fixes Like Youtube 720P Bug And End Call Fc Is Fixed And Much More Stability ( Exact Changelog Added Below).This Is Almost Stable Build Except That we Dont Have Running VPN ( Which is Cant Be Fixed-NO KERNEL SOURCE).This ROM is Compiled By Fire855-Legend And Ported to Our Device By Me (Suraj Lad).

How to Flash:-
  • Reboot Into Recovery.
  • Wipe Data/Factory reset.
  • Wipe Cache, Dalvik Cache.
  • Flash "CM13 BETA 1.3" ROM .
  • Reboot

  1. How to Get Root Access?
    -> Go To Settings-->About Phone-->Tab Build No 7 Times
    Then Go to Devs Option And Select Root Access-->Apps and ADB !
  2. Some Apps Not Working Properly (Whatsapp Contacts etc ? )
    -> Go To Settings-->Apps-->Select That ParticularApp-->Permissions-->Now Give It All Permissions.
  3. How to Move AppToSD?
    -> As If Now FolderMount App Is Not Working With CM13,So You Must Have to use XinternalSD to Move App to SD.
  4. QuickPanel Not Working?
    ->    Flash Latest Gapps from Opengapps (Pico) Of 29April Build.

      In the last version, (resurrection) when you watch youtube livestreaming, only the audio is being played, while the whole screen will turn green, but it is ok when you play non streaming video.

      Dont ask This type Of tricky Questions, Its Really Hard to Suggest from Them !
      For Better Overall Stability CM13 is Way Better Where RR is BEtter in Terms of Features and Customizations,

      in Overall uses Both Have Same Issues :) You can Try Both ! And Which One You will Like is Better !

      I will Go With CM13 :)

    Hey Suraj - thanks for the CM build for RN 3G.

    I'm facing an issue with quickpanel launch from the status bar. I did install the latest GApps pico version, the problem persists. Please guide me or let me know if there is a possible work around.

      Download Latest Version of Opengapps (6.0 ) (Pico) (29-April Build )
      Then Flash them ! DO an Clean Flash !

      Wipe Factory Reset --> Flash ROM --> Flash Gapps --> Reboot !


      NOTE:- Older gapps will Not work You Need New/Latest Gapps Only !

    Hello!
    Amazing rom! But the FM radio is remains fc and the gps (waze, igo) is fc. Youtube 720p works very well. The RR rom best than this. In the RR the FM radio is working good but the gps similar with this. I hope soon we will have a perfect rom.

    Hi Suraj, I have completely formatted and installed this rom. I m facing below issues:
    1. Drop down settings not works.
    2. For any notification only audio no visible notification due to this I need to look manually which is received update.
    3. Internet browsing through chrome is very slow in WiFi even though I'm using 5mbps line.

    As per your instruction, I have installed the Apr 29 gapps. Quick panel is working fine. Thanks for the suggestion.
    But I am facing no data connectivity with BSNL 3G sim. No auto connectivity for WIFI. Please do advice.

      enable it from Settings->sim cards->cellular data->sim1 also i try to toggle on airplane mode And Off !

      And About WIFI Auto Connect, Cant u take Effort to Connect it Manually For The Sake of Marshmallow ?

    pleasee fix, i can't use data on my sim1, i have enable it from Settings->sim cards->cellular data->sim1 also i try to toggle on airplane mode and then off still not working.

    i tried on RR based on MM also data not working.

    but on RR based on LP data working fine.

    whats mean GPS (Paritially Working)?

      GPS Is working FIne in Google Maps Application But some Chinese Users Commented that In Some Other apps its Not working, So i have mentioned Partially Working !

      Yes, But Remember All MM ROMs Have Data Connection Issue, So If Data not turned On Then Turn on Airplane Mode and Off ! Then Data should work

    Rooted the phone.
    Did custom recovery TWRP.
    Took backup.
    While Installing this rom got an error. E:zip signature verification failed 2.
    Please guide me.

      After searching on internet, i unchecked 'zip file signature verification' in TWRP settings.
      Continued installation but got another error "Error executing updater binary in zip '/sdcard/update.zip'

      P.S. i renamed the original file name to update.zip
