Hello Friends, Here is Another Update To Lovely ROM For Our Xiaomi Redmi Note 3G.An Resurrection Remix 5.7.1 For Xiaomi Redmi Note 3G . It is An Android Marshmallow Powered ROM which Has Tons Of Customization Options Than CM13, However It is Based on Cynogenmod Only. Resurrection Remix 5.7.1 Has Major Updates Over Previous Version.This ROM is Built By Tirth Patel And It Has Been Ported to Our Device By Me ( Suraj Lad).

      Just grant all the permissions to cam app by going into app-info then fc the app,again reopen..it should work.

      Yea... I have the phone totally out, i can only access twrp and fastboot. With TWRP, installing the appear that Unable to mount /cache. I get to see the resurrection-remix boot image, but nothing more. I think i should use the fastboot to go to stock and try again to flash this, but it didnt recognoise the phone. Do you have the drivers by chance? That would save my phone for sure!!

      Great Thing That you can Still Access Recovery ! To Save Your Device I would Suggest Flash MIUi6/7/8 Whatever you Like 1st From Recovery You Have If You Have Recovery Below TWRP 2.8.6 Then Flash TWRP 2.8.6 ( LInked Above ) Then Flash MiUI ! Then Boot in to It and Then Flash RR :)

      Thanks for the response man! I got RR working after doing fastboot and flashing stock miui and then TWRP :D Amazing work, the ROM works perfectly, what a great thing to taste Marshmallow that fast!
      One Question for you: Any idea why I got like a flicker in the screen? I dont know how to explain it, like if a ghost finger where touching a little in the screen. After a while it's solve, but sometimes it comes again. Maybe that happened to you and know how to solve, but it certainly is a bug of my phone and not of the rom hahaha, not wanna bother you.
      Again, thank you so much for your hard work from a far far country like Spain :))

      Yes ! Its Because ROM Can Eat Hell Amount of RAM Sometimes Which Causes Free RAM Only 400-500MB so Flash Memory_Leak Patch !

    The performance amazing, stable, animation has no glitch, Im very proud with this one, Great work, I tested everything about this rom in one day, but i found something, after installing xposed with gravitybox module, display setting has force close.. But Thanks a lot, this rom was amazing..great rom from all customrom..

      Sometimes,the xposed modules collide with the already integrated customizations with the rom,that's why fc happens when using xposed with this type of tons of customization roms..i personally don't know what is the use of using gravity box with such a beautiful rom already providing that much features and customizations :/

      Dont Know Why But People Needs 2G/3G Switch ? If You Have subscribed 3G Data Plan Then You Would LIke to Have 3G Connection Right ? or You will Turn On 2G Data By Switching 3G to 2G ?

      I Tried Data Connection For Sake Of Testing And i Did Noticed That If You Have 2G Plan Running Then It Starts 2G Data(E) Or If You Have 3G Plan Running It Starts 3G Data (H+) ;__;

      I use 2g for save battery...in miui, when i dont use mobile phone i put 2g only for whatsapp and telegram....but when i need more speed i always use 2g/3g switch...

      i have data plan, i havent problem but i like use 2g for save battery and dont drain my battery....

      i think that this Rom is the better for our mobile, smooth and no lag...but if you can fix 2g/3g....for me this rom will be amazing :P

    Suraj, I thank for the great work you guys have done. This is an excellent ROM with few issues. I tried few ROMs for redmi note 3G, but this was most stable and problem free.

    There was One issue with 5.6.9. I used it for few months and removed due the network issue. When we get an announcement of busy, unreacheable etc and after we disconnect the call, the network disappears. This is not happens always. But very frequently. We want make a call urgently but we have to wait for 3-5 minutes after each attempts to restore the network connection. There is no such problem with MIUI 7.

    Hope the issue is resolved in 5.7.1. Waiting for your reply before install it.

      When It Comes To RIL ( Network ) In MM ROMs, Till Now I Didnt faced Any Announcement Of Busy / UnReachable Issue So Must Not Be Fault of RIL In Your Case May Be The Receiver Whom You Call Is Busy/Unreachable at Moment !

      But Only Issue in RIL In MM ROMs Is if We Made 2-3 Calls Simultaneously And Also Drop Them In Same time By Not Keeping Much Time Within Call Make And Drop Then Network Gets Dropped For A Second/While and Gets ReGained In Next moment Thought This Bug/Issue is Not Discovered By Many Peoples As It Occurs Very Rarely

      The problem still exists. For BSNL SIM, when the dialed number is busy announcement, disconnect the call and try to ring another number, the network disappears. I get the message no network. The same problem with 5.6.9 continues in 5.7.1 also.

    Just installed this ROM (5.7.1) and everything works great.
    But, i can't connect to internet when i use 3G connection at all even though i'm sure i use right APN and other setting.

    I feel We cant get a 100% problems free custom ROM. RR is an excellent ROM based on Marshmallow. Very smooth, memory usage very less, good customization options etc.
    The few bugs are network disconnection during busy, unreachable announcement. No auto connection to WiFi. 2g/3g switching I am not observed.
    Thanks for the great work. Hope the bugs will be corrected in next release.

      Other Developers Dont Have All The Required Stuff to Make it, Nor Xiaomi Provided An Updated OS ( LP Or MM ) Nor Provided Kernel Source So Whatever Bugs You Faced are Due To Lack of Kernel SOurces Which Are Not Given By Xiaomi !

      Does CM 12.1's BASE APK work in RR ROM?

      and when I flash RR 5.7.2 after MIUI 8, WiFi auto-connect.
      So I try to again flash MIUI stock rom and than flash your upcoming RR ROM..

    Suraj, Network issue is - When any call disconnected, when our phone in speaker mode, the network disappears. This happens ONLY when our phone in speaker mode.

    I've been using this rom for almost 3 days now and the problems that I noticed are 1.No auto connect to WiFi 2. The screen doesn't work sometimes. Is there any Way to get the auto connect option and you fix the screen issue. BTW great work suraj lad. This is by far the best custom rom I've used which doesn't drain more battery. And to People who are saying that they can't switch to 2g, actually you can. Suraj reply me ASAP. :)

      And For 3G/2G switch i dont know Why Peoples wants It to get Fixed , i f u have Running 3G Data Pack Then It will Start H+ Data else it will be E(2G) Whats Big Deal ?

      Set APN Properly , Then Set SIM for Data From Settings Now Turn on Data it should work Else Start Airplane Mode and Off It
